2D CONTOUR RANGE

Prepare to be vowed by our exceptionally precise, fully automated,two-dimensional profile cutting technology to develop lighter, more open-cell foams. We create made-to- order two-dimensional contour range for a variety of applications such as pillows, bolsters, mattress cores as well as toppers.

Profile cutting allows for a superior breathable range of mattress toppings. The contours and gaps created in the foam allow for movement of air and additional heat is dissipated away from the body through the contours.Contours also reduce the surface that is in contact with the body which allows less frictionto be generated and reduced heat generated in the first place.

The more precise and calculated the contours, the higher the comfort rate achieved. Different comfort levels can be made in sheet based on cutting and relieves pressure points near shoulders,hips and spinal alignment .

7- zone comfort Foam :
We create 7- zone comfort levels in the same sheet with support levels varying based on the requirement of the body. With firmness and support changing in various zones such as the lumber and shoulder region, head region, thighand feet region, ultimate support and comfort is provided for the body.
